3rd Home!
The cursed unlucky site thoughts?! Since the idea for this one popped into my head nearly 4 years ago, maybe!
Soooo this sites been around since 2000 but the Update Archives goes back to only 2015 huh? Whats up with that? Well thats when this site moved to its current address! That was the second move, an so from previous experience of editting hundreds of pages, to let some fluff fall by the wayside. I still gots access to 'em safely(?) stored away offline ta look back on as needed. Such as for this factoid:
My first move (dencity to neo-prosperity) was announced on January 27th, 2002! Almost three months shy of the sites second birthday. Believe I worked through the day and night editting tons an tons of pages, sections at a time. Ya it wasn't all up in one straight go which left things lookin' and feelin' kinda not the best. Oh an it wasn't just this personal site, but also the Perfect Pokédex which was hundreds of pages itself! Dencity was having issues at the time an a super internet friend who was doing their own site offered to host mine so I was like, ya! Forever grateful for that!
An then in late 2014 they let me know they were changing hosting sooo second move (neo-prosperity to pafu) would have to be done! While the Perfect Pokédex may have been gone, the .hack// Archives had become part of this personal site with again, hundreds of pages of its own to edit! As mentioned earlier, having learned from the last time I'd cut some small things that weren't gonna be touched upon again anyways, an instead of running myself ragged trying to do it all in one go, I took like 25 days of working in the background ta have things ready for the relaunch on March 1st, 2015!
Which makes 3 homes for this place. Each better than the last! Even if all the free friendly gracious hosting goes down tomorrow I'll still be satisfied an super thankful for all the support of the near-19 years and counting o.o!
I just do this all for fun anyhow so none of the above really matters~
