This is a cellphone game released only in Japan. From the screenshots below it can be seen the game is done in 3d but from a first-person viewpoint. From what I've read it was playable online and people were able to form partys, participate in guilds, write to a BBS and exchange mails. Seems very much like a prelude to Fragment.
