The year is 2020...
Avid gamer Tokio Kuryuus life is shaken up when transfer student Saika Amagi offers him a chance to play the latest version of "The World". Upon activation however, he is literally sucked from the real world into the video game world. Tasked with finding items called Chrono Cores, Tokio must travel through "The Worlds" past to save its future.
