The final episode starts with the whole group together. Mai, Yuki, Kyoko, and Tokuoka are on a small boat sailing through Tokyo Bay on Christmas Eve night. Soon enough Bith the Black meets them in his boat which they switch over to. The destination? The Tokyo Mega Float Maritime Information Backup center. Along the way even more is revealed about "The World's" very beginnings and inner workings.
"We certainly can't turn back now."
Upon docking and going ashore the group hacks their way inside the main building. There they begin setting their plans into motion. Unfortunately the security team catches on and our heroes must distract them in a race against time to help save "The World."
Will they be caught and treated as criminals? Is their operation successful? How will this tie into the endng of.hack//Quarantine?
