Welcome Netizens, to Online Jack! Our host Salvador Aihara's going to be investigating "Doll Syndrome. A disease predominantly affecting children and can leave them completely unresponsive. Salvador proclaims he'll save the world! The first step in the investigation leads him to the apartment of Taichiro Sugai who wrote the book "Internet Games are Turning Our Kids into Dolls: A Warning About Doll Syndrome!" which is one heck of a clickbait title!
"You'll remember that several years ago, The World game was found responsible for players being put into comas. Could it be that it's also causing the dreaded Doll Syndrome?"
Thinking Salvador's there to try and debunk his research, the interview ends before it can even start when the associate professor slams his door shut! All the banging on said door does little to goad Sugai into talking and so the Online Jack crew is sent packing!
They then move onto the elementary school that Sugai had been conducting his research at, and bursts into an in-session class! The children are confused and the teacher, Michiru, upset and thinking Salvador a creep, smashes him with a book! The Online Jack crews investigation into Doll Syndrome isn't off to a good start...
