The previous report ended as the Third Network Crisis began while this report comes in after its threat had been put to an end. During some of that time, the Online Jack crew and Sugai been sitting in jail due to the whole trespassing thing. Now that they're out and the worlds settled down its time to bring the investigation to an end!
Firstly, the six missing children were allegedly found in an abandoned house not far from the school. The kids are now recovering nicely in the hospital, but have no memory of the incidents they'd been involved in. Which leaves the search into Doll Syndrome at a standstill.
"We didn't find out anything about anything."
In one of the hospitals hallways, Michiru and Salvador are bummed out over having gotten close to the truth but in the end unable to complete the investigation into Doll Syndrome, "The World" and AIDA. As they ruminate over this a young lady who's just gotten discharged from the hospital walks by, casually stating that AIDA is "opposing mirrors of hope and despair".
And we end with the investigation with many things unresolved and no breadcrumbs left to follow. But fear not Online Jack viewers, should new info come to light the case will be reopened and as always, the truth reported on! See you next time!
